At the start of the HDT road cars, Peter Brock & HDT supplied 11 vehicles for the 1980 Australian Grandprix Race of Champions or ROC.
This was the very start of the HDT road cars and from these cars Brock sold all of the 501 road cars with no other advertisement apart from a poster in Playboy magazine.
These cars very rarely come to market and this one is an outstanding example with 3 previous owners in its 40 years and comes with log books and a stack of original paper work (some of which very very few people would ever have seen).
